We will also help you resolve the property damage portion of your case. If necessary, we will come to your home to visit and assist you.

Criminal/Traffic

The criminal justice system in affects nearly every individual at some point in his or her lifetime. Contact with the system ranges from a mere traffic ticket to incarcerable offenses. A crime is any behavior that is punishable by incarceration or fine or both. The legislature determines which acts are considered criminal and then these acts are divided into two categories, namely felonies and misdemeanors. This division is based on the potential punishment. If the act is punishable only by a fine, such as a parking ticket, it is usually not considered a crime.

Family Law

We provide aggressive representation in all family law cases, ranging from Divorce (both contested and uncontested), Child Custody, Child Support, Alimony, Domestic Violence, Property Division, Adoption and Guardianship. We are willing to work out payment plans in many cases. If it is a quick, uncontested divorce that you need, we can provide a service to you in which we will file the papers for you the same day that you consult with us.

The complement that we most often receive is that we are able to provide such a high level of representation while still charging reasonable fees.
